Richprize Casino VIP Program: Six Loyalty Levels and What Each One Pays
Games to try

How your level is worked out and when it changes
Your status is based on how much you deposit in a calendar month. At Richprize Casino there are no forms to fill in and no invitation to wait for: the levels are checked and updated monthly, and the new one takes effect on the first of the following month.
When your level changes, we let you know by email and SMS. If you would rather hear it straight away, our live chat team can tell you which level you are on and what it currently pays.
- Deposit activity across the month decides the level.
- Levels are recalculated on the 1st of each month.
- No sign-up step, no application, no paperwork.
- Status updates arrive by email and SMS, and live chat can confirm them.
- You need to be 18 or over to take part.
The six levels side by side
Every level builds on the one below it. The table shows the monthly deposit band for each level together with the cashback percentage and the rakeback it unlocks.
| Level | Monthly deposits | Cashback | Rakeback and extras |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explorer | Up to £99 | Up to 5% | Weekly rakeback up to 1%, welcome package deposit boost |
| Adventurer | £100-£299 | Up to 7% | Weekly rakeback up to 2%, 10% referral bonus, deposit boost 50-80% |
| Challenger | £300-£999 | Weekend loss protection up to 5% | Daily rakeback 1% - 2% |
| Contender | £1,000-£2,999 | Up to 9% | Monthly free spins in the 100-200 range |
| High Roller | £3,000-£9,999 | Up to 11% | Daily rakeback 1% - 3%, Hall of Stars weekly cash bonus, weekend loss protection up to 10% |
| Elite | £10,000+ | Up to 20% | Daily rakeback 1% - 5%, wager-free Hall of Stars cash bonus, weekend loss protection up to 13% |

UK players welcome
Explorer is where every account starts, and the welcome package deposit boost sits at that level: up to £5,900 plus 100 free spins spread across your first four deposits, from a £10 minimum deposit and 30× wagering. From Adventurer upwards the regular rewards take over, and the percentages climb with each step.
Cashback: paid every Thursday on what you lose
Cashback gives you back a percentage of the money you have lost over the week, credited straight to your balance. We pay it once a week, every Thursday. Weekly cashback runs up to 15% and carries 10× wagering, and the percentage you get depends on your level, rising to 20% at Elite.
If you fund your account with cryptocurrency, crypto cashback of up to 15% is available as well. Cashback is reserved for loyal players, so it tracks your level in the same monthly cycle as everything else.
What 10× wagering looks like in practice
Wagering is calculated on the amount you receive. So £40 of cashback with 10× wagering needs £400 of qualifying bets before the balance can be withdrawn. A £15 credit needs £150. Wagering is generally restricted to slots, and each reward sets out its own game eligibility in its terms.
Three kinds of rakeback and how often each lands
Rakeback returns a percentage of every bet you place, win or lose. There are three types and they run on different clocks. Some loyal players qualify for more than one at the same time, so a higher-level account can be collecting daily, weekly and monthly rakeback together.
| Type | When it is credited | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Daily rakeback | Every day by 1 PM | 1% - 2% at Challenger, 1% - 3% at High Roller, 1% - 5% at Elite |
| Weekly rakeback | Every Tuesday | Up to 21% depending on your level |
| Monthly rakeback | On the 1st of each month | Set by your level |
Daily rakeback carries 25× wagering. A £20 daily credit therefore needs £500 of qualifying bets, and a £5 credit needs £125. Because it arrives every day, those amounts are usually small and steady rather than one large lump.
Monthly free spins that grow with your level
From Adventurer upwards, free spins are credited monthly and the volume scales with your level. At the top of the programme the allocation runs into four figures.
- Adventurer: 20-40 free spins a month
- Challenger: 50-100 free spins a month
- Contender: 100-200 free spins a month
- High Roller: 200-500 free spins a month
- Elite: 500-1,000+ free spins a month
Each batch of spins comes with its own terms, including which games they can be used on, so check the conditions on the reward itself before you start spinning.
Start at Explorer with the welcome package
Up to £5,900 and 100 free spins across your first four deposits, from a £10 minimum deposit, with 30× wagering.
Hall of Stars, birthday rewards and the 10% referral payout
High Roller and Elite members receive a weekly cash bonus through the Hall of Stars. At Elite that bonus is wager-free, so the cash lands on your balance with no playthrough attached to it.
There is also a personalised VIP birthday treat, arranged for you rather than claimed from a banner. From Adventurer upwards you can earn 10% of every deposit made by a friend you refer, paid to your gaming balance as cash with no wagering. The minimum payout is £10, and amounts below that build up until the threshold is reached.
For a referral to count, your friend has to be a new player who signs up through your unique referral link, confirms their email address and phone number and has not deposited with us before. Multiple accounts, shared IP addresses and collusion are not allowed, and we may ask for full verification before the bonus is issued.
Activating rewards and tracking the wagering
Most rewards need to be switched on before they do anything. Use the Activate button under the banner on the reward tile, and activate before you deposit: a deposit made before a promotion is active will not count towards that promotion's requirements.
- Activate the reward first
Open the tile for the offer you want and press Activate. If a promo code applies, type it into the input field at the top of the promotions area and confirm it with the checkmark button.
- Deposit or play as the terms require
Only activity after activation counts. Minimums vary by offer, starting at £10 for the first deposit bonus.
- Watch the progress bar
Your wagering progress is shown inside the active reward tile in your account section, so you can see how much is left at any time.
- Cancel if it no longer suits you
The same tile carries a Cancel Bonus button. Bear in mind that once wagering has started on a reward, it needs to be completed in full before a withdrawal can go through.
Keeping your level, and what causes it to drop
Levels are recalculated every month, so a quieter month moves you down a band and a busier one moves you up. Accounts that go inactive, and accounts under self-exclusion, lose VIP status. We also ask you to hold one account per person.
Your deposit band is the only thing that decides your level, which means you never need to chase a target set by anyone else. If you are not sure where you stand this month, live chat can confirm it in a few minutes.
Playing within your own limits
A loyalty programme rewards regular play, and regular play deserves limits you set yourself. Deposit limits and time limits are built into your profile and you can switch them on, adjust them or turn them off without contacting us. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years: verify your account, message our support team with the period you want and complete the self-exclusion form.
All connections are encrypted and accounts are fully verified before any withdrawal is processed; deposit limits and self-exclusion for up to five years are available directly from your profile. Open to players aged 18 and over only. A self-assessment test and further support are available through BeGambleAware, and we recommend internet filter software on shared devices to keep under-18s out.
Questions about your level?
Our live chat is open at any time and usually answers within a few minutes. Email support is there too, in English, German, Greek, French and Croatian.
VIP Program: questions and answers
How do I join the VIP program?
You are already in it. Status is worked out from your monthly deposit activity and recalculated on the first of each month, with no application, forms or invitation needed.
When is cashback paid out?
Once a week, every Thursday, as a percentage of what you lost. Weekly cashback goes up to 15% and carries 10× wagering, so £30 of cashback needs £300 in qualifying bets.
What is the difference between cashback and rakeback?
Cashback gives back a share of your losses; rakeback returns a percentage of every bet you place, whether it wins or loses. Many players at the higher levels receive both.
Can I collect more than one type of rakeback?
Yes. Daily rakeback arrives by 1 PM each day, weekly rakeback on Tuesdays and monthly rakeback on the first of the month, and some loyal players qualify for more than one of them.
How much cashback does the top level get?
Cashback scales with your level: up to 5% at Explorer, 7% at Adventurer, 9% at Contender, 11% at High Roller and up to 20% at Elite.
Will I lose my level if I take a break?
Your level is recalculated monthly on deposit activity, so it moves with how you play. Inactive accounts and accounts under self-exclusion lose VIP status.
How do I find out which level I am on?
We send status updates by email and SMS, and you can also ask our live chat team, who can confirm your current level and what it pays.
Is there a birthday bonus for VIP players?
Yes, there is a personalised VIP birthday treat. It is arranged for you, so there is nothing to claim yourself.
How much do I need to wager daily rakeback?
Daily rakeback carries 25× wagering, calculated on the amount credited. A £10 credit means £250 in qualifying bets, and your progress is shown in the active reward tile.
