These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotional offer we make available to your account with us, including welcome offers, deposit matches, bonus funds, bonus spins, cashback, tournaments, prize draws and loyalty rewards. They form part of your agreement with us and sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Each offer also carries its own specific terms, shown on the promotion itself or in the cashier. Where a specific offer term differs from this page, the specific term applies to that offer. Where neither deals with a point, our general Terms and Conditions apply.

• You must be 18 or over and your account must be open, in your own name and verified in line with our checks.
• You may hold one account only. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers are limited to one per person, household, device, network address and payment method.
• You must claim and use an offer in the way the offer describes, within the period it states.
• We may withhold a bonus, or remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, where these terms are not met.

Offers appear in the promotions area of the site, in the cashier, or in messages sent to the contact details held on your account. Some are credited automatically when you deposit. Others require you to opt in, enter a code, or select the offer before you pay in.

1. Sign in and check that the details on your account are current.
2. Open the offer and go through its specific terms, including the qualifying amount, the eligible games and the time limit shown.
3. Opt in, or enter the code, where the offer asks for one. If this step is required, it cannot be applied after a deposit has already been made.
4. Where a deposit is needed, pay in using a payment method accepted for that offer, as set out in the cashier.
5. Check your balance to confirm the bonus has been credited before you start playing.

Some payment methods are excluded from promotional offers. The methods that qualify are shown in the cashier at the time you deposit. Offers are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Most offers carry a wagering requirement: the amount of play that must be completed before funds connected to the offer can be withdrawn. The multiplier, the funds it applies to and the time allowed are stated with each offer and can be followed in your account while the offer is active.

Where your account holds both cash and bonus funds, the order in which they are used is set out in the offer terms. Play on an excluded game does not count towards wagering and, where the offer says so, may void the bonus. Stakes above the maximum stated may also be disregarded.

Bonus spins are credited for use on the games named in the offer, at a fixed stake value set by us. That stake value does not change the spin's cash value and cannot be adjusted. Unless the offer states otherwise, winnings from bonus spins are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement shown.

• Bonus spins must be used within the period stated in the offer. Unused spins expire and are not replaced.
• Cashback may be credited as cash or as bonus funds, and the qualifying losses and period are defined in the offer terms.
• Tournament and leaderboard positions are decided on the criteria published with the promotion, and our records of play are used to settle them.
• Prizes that are not cash cannot be exchanged for cash unless the offer says so, and may be subject to availability.
• Where a promotion involves a prize draw, entry requirements and the method of selecting winners are published with that draw.

Offers are intended for ordinary entertainment play. We may look into activity that appears designed to extract value from a promotion rather than to play the games on offer.

• Placing bets that cover opposing or near-certain outcomes, or that carry little or no risk, in order to clear wagering.
• Opening or using more than one account, or acting together with other account holders to claim the same offer repeatedly.
• Giving false, incomplete or out-of-date information, or using a payment method that is not in your own name.
• Using software, automation or any fault in a game or in the site to gain an advantage.

Where we identify activity of this kind, we may suspend or cancel the offer, remove bonus funds and winnings derived from them, limit which offers are available to your account and, in serious cases, close the account. Each case is looked into individually and we will tell you the outcome. If you disagree with a decision, you can raise it under our complaints procedure.

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any offer at any time, including for an individual account. Changes will not apply retrospectively to an offer you have already claimed correctly and are working through, unless we need to act for legal or regulatory reasons. Where a bonus is credited in error, or a promotion is published with an obvious mistake, we may correct the balance and the offer will not stand.
